    Cute product, great customer service

    My original frayed and when I contacted customer service, they replaced with this one. It's very cute - but more impressive was that they listened when I said "anything pink, it's for my daughter". She loves it.

    I love it but it keeps coming off of the circle hook.

    My wrist lanyard will be hanging while I walk, and it had flown off of the hook serval times since I have gotten it.
