Renae - Chapstick Holder Keychain

I will say, the style of these is unmatched. There simply aren't any other lip balm holders that look this cute. Unfortunately, it just didn't hold up very well. I purchased this for my wife last Christmas and she uses it daily. Not even a year in and it won't hold her lip balm. We've had success with cheaper alternative brands lasting longer. That being said, it is still something we would consider purchasing again.

I heard about this through a friend who loves thread. When I saw thread at a shop on vacay, I wanted to try it. I bought the wallet, wristlet, and chapstick holder.

All of it is super cute however my chapstick did start to rip at the seam after a couple days. I immediately reached out to thread and asked if I could exchange it even though it wasn’t purchased directly from them. The customer service was fantastic! They responded quickly and promptly. I sent them a picture of the stitching coming out and they replied with a store credit coupon covering a replacement product, tax, and shipping.

I would definitely recommend thread!
