    Broke after a few days

    This cute lipgloss holder broke after a few days. The warranty form won’t work. There is no phone number for customer service. I filled out the contact form and no one has responded. This return has taken far too much of my time and I can’t get a response. I doubt I will order again.

    not sewn the correct way

    The lanyards look nice but are sewn together in a way that does not allow it to sit flat against your chest without having a twist somewhere along the neck line.
