This lipgloss holder broke after a few days. The warranty form won’t work. There is no customer service phone number. I filled out the contact form and no one has responded. This return has taken far too much of my time. Honestly I probably won’t order from you again.

Bought a chapstick holder over a year ago and finally decided to get another one, as my old one was a bit stretched out. Was disappointed to find out that the new ones no longer have a rubber-like grip on the inside to hold onto the chapstick better. Not sure if it was due to a difference in pattern or if this is how the new holders are manufactured. Either way, I am sad to see the grip go. The new holder seems to work okay, but the grip gave me an added sense of security in terms of not losing my chapstick.

I love Thread, I have several items; however my chapstick holder ripped after a couple days of having it. I am highly disappointed!

I was so excited for my order, but when I used the lip balm holder for a few hours I already noticed a little tear. Everything else is good, but be careful when ordering the lip balm holder
